What Is a USERNAME?

A USERNAME is a unique identifier that you can set and change freely, as long as it is not already in use by another user.
It is used in your PROFILE by artTunes account URL and for searching within the platform.

• You can choose and update it freely (as long as it's not taken by another user).

• It appears in your profile URL (e.g., https://app.art-tunes.art/USERNAME)

• It is also used in search, making it easier for others to find you.

💡 Note: USERNAME and DISPLAYNAME Are Different

The USERNAME is used for identification in URLs and searches. The DISPLAYNAME is the name shown on your profile and can be shared by multiple users. It does not need to be unique.
