How to LINK Instagram

By linking your Instagram professional account (Business or Creator),
your profile information and posts will automatically appear on your page.
It’s recommended for users who want to showcase their portfolio or daily updates.

⬇ Steps

1. On your profile page, tap the “＋” icon next to “LINK”.

2. Select the “＞” icon next to “Instagram”

3. Tap “Instagram Login” to open the Instagram login screen.

4. After logging in, a confirmation screen for permissions will appear.

5. Review the requested permissions and tap “Allow”.

6. Confirm that your Instagram account is displayed, then enter a title.

7. Check the preview, and tap “Add” to complete the setup.

8. Your Instagram information will now appear on your profile page.

📌 Information obtained and used through Instagram LINK

When you use Instagram LINK, the following information will be retrieved and used:

• Basic account information (username, profile details, etc.)

• Post content and details (captions, images, etc.)

This information will be displayed on your PROFILE by artTunes profile, allowing visitors to easily view your latest activities.

The information collected is used solely for the purposes explicitly stated, such as displaying your profile and visualizing your activities.

If you disconnect Instagram, all associated data will be automatically deleted.

Due to changes in Instagram’s specifications or API restrictions, some data may no longer be displayed.
　→ The information retrieved may change without notice due to updates on Meta's side.

🔐 Account Requirements

Instagram Node connection is available only for Professional Accounts (Business or Creator).
　→ Personal accounts are not supported, so please ensure your account type is correct.

If you disconnect the connection, the Node will also be automatically deleted.
　→ To reconnect, you will need to log in and authorize access again.

💡 How to Switch to a Professional Account

To use Instagram Node connection, you need to switch to either a Business or Creator Account.
Here are the steps for each type:

▶ How to Switch to a Business Account

1. Open the Instagram app
   　Go to your profile page from the bottom right of the home screen.

2. Open the menu
   　Tap the three-line menu at the top right and select "Settings and Privacy."

3. Change account type
   　Tap "Account type and tools."

4. Switch to a Professional Account
   　Select "Switch to Professional Account," and then choose "Business" following the guide.

5. Select and enter category information
   　Choose a category that fits your business. Providing contact information is optional.

6. Complete the setup
   　Review the settings and tap "Done" to complete the switch.

▶ How to Switch to a Creator Account

(Steps 1–3 are the same as for Business Accounts.)

4. Switch to a Professional Account
   　Select "Switch to Professional Account," and then choose "Creator" following the guide.

5. Select and enter category information
   　Choose a category that fits you, such as "Artist," "Musician," or "Public Figure." Adjust contact information visibility as needed.

6. Complete the setup
   　Review the settings and tap "Done" to complete the switch.

• Data update frequency
   The information from the linked Instagram account is automatically updated once per day.

• Update timing
   The update process runs daily from around 4:00 a.m. Japan Standard Time (JST).
