Having Trouble?

    If the app isn’t working as expected, please go through the checklist below.


    👀 Checklist

    1. Try killing the app

    Fully close the app from your smartphone’s task manager (swipe it away), then reopen it. This can often fix temporary glitches.

    2. Check your internet connection

    Make sure your Wi-Fi or mobile data connection is stable. If your connection is unstable, registration or other processes may not complete properly.

    3. Make sure you’re not using an already registered account

    It’s possible that your Apple or Google account is already registered. Try returning to the login screen and selecting “Sign in with Apple” or “Sign in with Google.”

    4. Check that your app and OS are up to date

    Make sure both the app and your device’s operating system are updated to the latest version. Older versions may not work correctly.
