When reporting a problem or bug, providing the following information will help us support you more effectively:
A detailed description of the issue you are experiencing
The version of the app you are using
Your device information (e.g., iPhone 14, Android device name)
If using a browser, the browser name and version (e.g., Chrome, Safari, etc.)
